10. As TPH also strives to be GDPR compliant for the interest of all who adhere Globy we inform you that we only collect email addresses and not requesting or collecting other personal information. We ensure that we handle email addresses in accordance with GDPR principles. Therefore, we point out to you these key points:

  1. Lawfulness, Fairness, and Transparency: We inform you about why we are collecting their email addresses. We collect them to verify you are a human being and to be ale to answer your further questions. We will retain it as long as you use Globy and after a period of no use it will be deleted from all our systems.
